Use it over any colour for a slight shimmer, Mustard, Prairie Sunset and Buttermilk Cream are great base coats. Use on its own for full on metallic.
If you require additional protection use Fusion's Gloss Tough Coat on top, this will give a smooth high gloss finish. Please note that putting any flat or matte topcoat on top of a metallic will eliminate the metallic sheen so isn't a good idea.
