Delivery - Tracked 24
The postage cost is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the items purchased.
If you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage, this normally takes 2-3 days, on rare occassions it can take up to 2 weeks but this isn't common.
Unfortunately I am unable to process refunds for lost parcels until this 2 week period has passed without you receiving your parcel. It is extremely rare for parcels to be lost and not arrive within 2 weeks.

Monday - select by 3.30pm to receive on Tuesday
Tuesday - select by 3.30pm to receive on Wednesday
Wednesday - select by 3.30pm to receive on Thursday
Thursday - select by 3.30pm to receive on Friday
Friday - will be received on Monday
Saturday - will be received on Tuesday
Sunday - will be received on Tuesday

I use packaging that can be reused and recycled, some of the packaging in your parcel I may already be reusing... its not just furniture we want to save from landfill right?
