You can select local pickup or delivery at the checkout... what's the difference?
Delivery - First Class Postage
The postage cost is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the items purchased.
If you select Royal Mail First Class postage, this normally takes 2-3 days, on rare occassions it can take up to 2 weeks but this isn't common.
Unfortunately I am unable to process refunds for lost parcels until this 2 week period has passed without you receiving your parcel. It is extremely rare for parcels to be lost and not arrive within 2 weeks.

Delivery - Guaranteed Next Day Postage
The postage cost is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the items purchased.
If you select Guaranteed Next Day postage I will send out by Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) or Parcel Force.
In order for this to be processed in time to meet the post office cut off I need to have received the order by 11am. Orders received after 11am will take 1 day longer, so for example orders received after 11am on Monday are guaranteed by 1pm on Wednesday.

Local Pickup
You can also arrange to collect your order from the studio, just select local pickup at the checkout.

You'll receive an email notification to tell you when your order has been packed and is ready to collect. On most occasions this will be the same working day, if not the next working day.

Packaging
I use packaging that can be reused and recycled, some of the packaging in your parcel I may already be reusing... its not just furniture we want to save from landfill right?
